For our Meeting Point Hotels Malta team, we are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive, based in Malta, Mellieha to support Guest Relations Manager in day-to-day operations.

Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager, duties include but not limited to:

  • Promoting the LABRANDA brand, as well as the Hotel services to internal and external customers;
  • Making contact with as many guests as possible on the premises of the Hotel;
  • Acting proactively rather than reactively to any potential problems which could possibly result in complaints;
  • Obtaining feedback from guests about their holiday and the Hotel services;
  • Providing them with the correct information, advice and guidance about the Hotel facilities and services;
  • Encouraging satisfied guests to write positive reviews;
  • Offering assistance and internet facilities to guests to facilitate the review upload process;
  • Checking the reviews  and other platforms daily and every time when on duty to monitor positive and negative comments;
  • Assisting the GR Manager with putting up appropriate comments and replies in response to customer reviews by the Hotel if required;
  • Assisting the management in any requests related to the French / German language and which could be non-guests related;
  • On a constant basis, keeping abreast with local cultural and current events in order to inform the guests accordingly;
  • Be flexible to work a varied schedule as determined by your direct superior.

The selected candidate must:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a front office position;
  • Advanced knowledge of the French / German Language will be an asset;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment;
  • Able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
