MCL designs and manufactures innovative and sustainable plastic products, ranging from packaging to toys and to products used in agriculture, construction, and health and fitness. We provide an end-to-end solution from concept creation through to the finished product.
We are seeking to recruit a Machine Setter within our Injection Moulding department. This role requires a person who enjoys working with state-of-the-art machinery and automation. Above all, it requires a person who can think logically to troubleshoot technical challenges and act proactively to anticipate potential issues and identify improvement possibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Setup and start-up of injection moulds and related equipment (including robots).
- Ensure smooth running of the production environment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronics issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate tasks with and support other team members.
- Take the initiative to anticipate, lead and resolve issues autonomously.
- Coordinate the achievement of production targets.
- Optimise production processes.
