We have an immediate vacancy for a reliable Office Secretary at our offices in San Gwann.

The role entails general secretarial duties and providing administrative support to the Management team, such as preparing and managing the meeting rooms and ensuring everything is well prepared for meetings. Our office secretary is also expected to maintain an orderly front desk, deliver an exceptional customer experience on all incoming telephone calls and welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and effective manner.

Applicants for this post are expected to:

  • Have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate reliable written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in spoken English;
  • Be able to work well independently as well as part of the company’s office team;
  • Be highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize and work well under occasional pressure;
  • Have proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Show a proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.
