Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Assistant Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and motivated team player capable of working on his / her initiative and with tight deadlines.

The main duties for this role include:

  • Maintain accurate records and files, including client information, project details, and invoices;
  • Assist with project management tasks, including assigning tasks to translators and tracking project progress;
  • Coordinating with corporate clients and the company’s external staff;
  • Work closely with the administrative team and project managers to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment;
  • Liaising with the different departments and internal staff of the company;
  • Persons having previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.

Applicants must possess:

  • A university degree or 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Ability to work in a team and with tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Italian (or other foreign languages) is considered an asset;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude;
  • Excellent IT skills (preferably in possession of an ECDL Certificate).

The selected candidate will be working from our office in Valletta.
