We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, career-focused and ambitious Deputy for the Continuing Airworthiness Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Deputy for the Continuing Airworthiness Manager
  • Support in the development of the maintenance program
  • Monitor the maintenance tracking system and ensure it reflects the approved Maintenance Programme and the requirements of the operation
  • Liaise with CAMO subcontractor to ensure the maintenance records are maintained at the highest standard.
  • Perform analysis of the applicability and effectiveness of the AMP
  • Keep oversight of the technical literature that is required to maintain the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft
  • Keep oversight of the Part 145 Maintenance contractors and liaise with contracted MROs during aircraft maintenance events
  • Ensure all technical records are kept as required by Part M
  • Forecasting aircraft maintenance inputs, raising work orders on approved maintenance organisations
  • Ensure modifications and repairs are performed by approved maintenance organisations to the required standards
  • Review and approve applicable ADs and SBs
  • Communicate with flight crew and Flight Support Engineers to maintain a continuous stream of information with the aim of steadily improving the operation
  • Support management with advice on technical matters regarding aircraft maintenance, purchasing and forward planning

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of EASA Part-M / CAMO
  • Engineering degree and / or Holder of Part-66 AML
  • Good knowledge of A320 aircraft (L1 Type Training, GenFam, or better qualification on type would be considered an asset)
  • Good knowledge of aircraft documentation
  • Good knowledge of IT
  • European Union National, or already having the right to work in the EU
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work effectively and productively as part of a multi-disciplined team
  • Flexible to work outside of normal Office hours and willing to travel
  • Preference will be given to candidates having previous / similar experience and CAMO/145 organisation with at least 3 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management
