Job Description
M. Demajo & Company Limited is seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Manager.
This position calls for a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic person who can work on his / her own initiative. The selected person will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve both short and long-term objectives for sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns for the products provided by the Company.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of commission structures for sub-ordinates.
- Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales routes.
- Coordinating with other departments on developments required to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer contact activities related to products provided by the Company.
- Monitor aged debtors analysis with the Credit Control Manager and Brand Executives.
- Ensuring a high quality / standard of work and service throughout.
Interested candidates should possess the following:
- Sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Be customer-orientated.
- Problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Be smart and reliable at all times.
- A very good command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
The selected candidate will be given full product training.
