Job Description

M. Demajo & Company Limited is seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Manager.

This position calls for a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic person who can work on his / her own initiative. The selected person will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve both short and long-term objectives for sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns for the products provided by the Company.
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of commission structures for sub-ordinates.
  • Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales routes.
  • Coordinating with other departments on developments required to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer contact activities related to products provided by the Company.
  • Monitor aged debtors analysis with the Credit Control Manager and Brand Executives.
  • Ensuring a high quality / standard of work and service throughout.

Interested candidates should possess the following:

  • Sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Be customer-orientated.
  • Problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Be smart and reliable at all times.
  • A very good command of written and verbal communication skills in English.

The selected candidate will be given full product training.
