Job Description

Key Contractors Ltd is known for its ability to take on turnkey projects from conception to completion with its own team of workers. Clients who choose our services have their minds at rest that their turnkey project is in good hands, be it residential or commercial. Our team of experienced workers under the guidance of our project managers will deliver the task in a professional and timely manner.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan, scope and implement projects within client budgets
  • Adhere to application and authority regulations
  • Define tasks and project resources
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Create schedules and project timelines
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Full documentation of projects
  • Supervision of all project works and track deliverables
  • Attending to commissioning runs or certification activities
  • Team management
  • Liaising with third-party employees, consultants and stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Management qualification and project management experience in engineering services or construction is essential
  • Decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Use of Autocad, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Time management and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driving license
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental best practice
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written Maltese and English
