Job Description
As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking to recruit, on a full-time basis, a smart, highly self-motivated Sales Executive for their Toys and Stationery department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target and visit current or potential customers to promote and sell the Company’s products.
- Gather customer and product information to determine customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Process and follow up on orders as necessary.
- Adhere to daily processes and procedures including the collection of payments.
- General in-store marketing; tweaking displays, rotation of stock, application of POS material where allowed etc.
- Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales issues, stocks, sales targets, customers’ requests etc. on a daily basis.
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Fluent, in both writing and speaking in Maltese and / or English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Clean police conduct.
- Team player.
- In possession of a clean driving licence.
- Able to work on own initiative, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Experience in sales, especially in the retail market.
