Job Description

JF Group is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined, and highly motivated individual to work in a team, within Human Resources, as a Human Resources Executive on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in all HR day-to-day activities as a valuable team member
  • Preparation of documents; handling work contracts, probations, work permits, visas, onboarding and off-boarding
  • Performing any other HR-related duties as required
  • Collaborating with management to identify training needs and develop effective learning plans
  • Ensuring that all internal and external training sourcing, booking, and recording, align with the Company’s staff standards and adhere to auditing requirements for ISO standards
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews for diverse roles within the company
  • Coordinate employee onboarding to ensure new hires are immersed in our unique culture
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices tailored to the events industry
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GDPR
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legal requirements to ensure HR practices align with current standards
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a harmonious work environment

Requiements

  • Strong work management skills
  • Ability to address and juggle multiple daily priorities and requests from management
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as an effective team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of payroll, employment laws and regulations will be considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese, English
