Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved weekly timesheets.
  • Reconciliation of daily punches to weekly approved roster.
  • Liaise with external partners, (subcontractors) and ensure they provide the required workforce and see to legal compliance.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Register engagements and termination according to corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Organize and maintain employees’ personnel records.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
  • Apply and follow the process of obtaining TCN work permits.
  • Prepare end-of-month related documents.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
  • Assist employees in HR-related queries.
  • Duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Senior Management.
