Job Description
A management company is seeking a qualified accountant to join their team on a part-time basis.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Director and will be responsible for the following duties across several different companies within the group:
- Posting invoices
- Allocating payments
- Reconciling suppliers’ and customers’ accounts
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Filing VAT and tax returns
- Assisting in audits by preparing documents and responding to audit-related emails (for all companies)
- Management accounts
- Handling payroll
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of local accounting experience
- Fully qualified and certified accountant
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
