Job Description

Homemate Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion and energy and is ready to provide the ultimate shopping experience to clients by offering a consistently high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • A team player, but able to work independently, and will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours daily, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, on a shift basis;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required;
  • Candidates must be IT literate;
  • Fluent in Maltese and English;
  • Past experience in a retail / customer-oriented post would be considered an asset.

Due to expansion within the Company, chosen candidates must be flexible to work in any Homemate outlet, predominantly in the new outlets opening shortly in Zejtun and Mosta.
