Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:
- 5 years experience working in the telecommunications industry or a fast-paced technology environment, in a leadership role;
- Strong technical foundation with a keen understanding of the latest technologies in telecom and IT;
- Excellent business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding strategic goals;
- Demonstrated ability to drive large teams and complex projects;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and client interfaces;
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver results;
- Experience dealing with various hardware suppliers and be willing to grasp a broad range of products;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Thorough familiarity with commercial structures, operations and activities.

- Lead and develop the Enterprise Solutions Sales, Technical Implementation and Support, Research and Development teams;
- Set strategic goals and objectives for the enterprise services division, aligning with broader corporate targets;
- Actively engage with key clients to develop customized solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of services from pre-sale to post-sale;
- Manage departmental budgets and financial planning to maximize profitability and efficiency;
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate extensively with other departments, including GO Business Sales, Account Management, and other technical and administrative teams;
- Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies and processes;
- Be accountable for achieving specific sales targets and performance metrics;
- Lead crisis management efforts and resolve complex issues to maintain service continuity;
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure access to the best available technologies and services, and to facilitate continuous improvement of enterprise solutions.
