Job Description
The Technician is responsible for the wiring and installation of ELV and other systems and in setting and configuring ELV systems to client’s requirements. Technicians are also responsible for testing and fault finding on ELV systems and the maintenance, and upgrade of security equipment including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire alarms and any other related equipment which falls under the low voltage scheme.
The Installer reports to the Technician and assists in the delivery of the services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Installation, maintenance, repair of equipment, and fixtures in accordance with codes / standards
- General site preparation
- Ensuring that all conduit and wire runs and installations meet expected quality standards
- Completion of installation reports and paperwork
- Maintenance of tool management standards
- Other duties as may be required from time to time
Requirements and Competencies:
- Technical competence – diploma / certification in Electronics will be considered as an asset
- Good command of English and Maltese
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
- Strong team player
- Passionate about service excellence and customer orientation
- Courteous manner even when under pressure
- In possession of a valid driving licence
