What will you do?
You will manage the financial operations, guiding the organization towards greater fiscal stability and growth.
Your responsibilities will span from overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks and collaborating with auditors to producing insightful management reports that drive informed decision-making.
But that’s not all! As you settle into your role, you’ll grow your supporting strategic advisory skills, delving into forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You’ll work together with the Senior Management team, shaping long-term growth strategies and contributing directly to their mission’s success.
You won’t be navigating this journey alone. Upon joining, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your team, empowering them to excel in their roles while you focus on driving high-level initiatives.
What is your background?
With a CPA or ACCA qualification (or nearing completion), backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both statutory and management accounting, you’re well-equipped to take on this challenge.
You are comfortable with your technical abilities and you know how to prioritise and delegate tasks, to help you manage expectations.
Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and precision sets you apart.
While fluency in Maltese and familiarity with SAGE are advantageous, your commitment to excellence and your eagerness to learn are what truly sets you apart.

Other details:
- Full–time, indefinite role based in Malta.
- Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 gross annual + benefits.
- Working mode: flexible start and finish times, hybrid policy (post probation).
