Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Reservations Executive to join our Reservations department on a full-time basis.

As a front-of-house representative of the school, you will assist clients with their booking requirements.  You will provide strong customer service skills and be able to work on your own initiative to foster and maintain an effective business relationship with existing clients and agents. The job includes answering inquiries, offering advice, and addressing concerns or issues.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably speak one or more of the following languages Italian, Spanish, French or other European languages.

The candidate will therefore be extremely responsible, with excellent organisational and communication skills, highly adept in team work, and able to handle sensitive data in a tactful and confidential manner.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience of assisting in the day-to-day operations of a Reservations team.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Possess excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact in a courteous, positive and professional manner with students and agents.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and MS Office tools.

In-house training will be provided, however knowledge of the Amadeus system and previous experience in sales and reservations in the tourism, and / or English language industry will be considered an asset.
