Role Description
The Junior Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and management of citizenship and residence applications within our firm. This position involves a blend of administrative, client-facing, and regulatory compliance responsibilities, ensuring that the application processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of applications for citizenship and residence programmes;
  • Assisting with the reviewing of client due diligence documents and following AML obligations;
  • Liaising with government authorities where necessary and / or when requested by the more senior members of the team;
  • Liaising with clients and introducers on a periodical basis and / or when requested by the more senior members of the team;
  • Carrying out administrative tasks in relation to client citizenship and residence applications, which shall include but shall not be limited to scanning, compiling of the file, filing, and all other ancillary services that we offer;
  • Any other ancillary dues which the Junior Executive may be asked to perform.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-year experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in the English language. Any other language considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload;
  • Excellent communication skills, organised with a good eye for detail.
