Role Description
The Executive will play a crucial role in liaising with clients, introducers, banks, and government authorities, ensuring all documentation and due diligence are meticulously managed in line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with anti-money laundering obligations in respect of clients;
  • Liaising with clients and introducers to obtain information and documentation required for the preparation; and submission of applications for citizenship and residence programmes;
  • Providing guidance to the junior members of the team and assisting with their on-job training;
  • Examine and verify the accuracy and completeness of immigration applications and supporting documents;
  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure applications adhere to relevant immigration laws, AML obligations; and guidelines, and report any discrepancies or issues to senior management;
  • Provide updates on application status and answer client inquiries;
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications and interactions;
  • Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to facilitate the processing of applications;
  • Prepare regular reports on application processing status and workload;
  • Assist with complex cases and special projects, providing administrative support as needed, which shall include but shall not be limited to scanning, compiling of the file, filing, and all other ancillary services that we offer;
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of processed applications before final submission;
  • Ensuring that departmental standard operating procedures are followed and maintained;
  • Any other ancillary dues which the Executive may be asked to perform.

The Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in the English language. Any other language considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload;
  • Excellent communication skills, organised with a good eye for detail;
  • Ability to work individually and in a team.
