The group is distinguished and well established in the hospitality sector with its own branded DB Seabank Resort + Spa and db San Antonio Hotel + Spa and within the leisure sector with its own branded Pearl Spa, Hardrock, and Starbucks development license and outlets, as well as its variety of established restaurants offering various cuisines, including Aki, Amami, Nine Lives, Blu Beach, Westreme, Loa and Sonora.
We are currently looking for a Night Auditor to join our team at the db San Antonio Hotel + Spa.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Supervise cash closure of all hotel outlets.
Process night audit.
Liaise with the relevant department for late arrival meals and early breakfast.
Attend to guest complaints.
Communicate no-shows with the Reservations department.
Night Auditor’s report handover.
Follow and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
Should show initiative, problem-solving, staff training and team leading.
Passion and experience in customer service.
Fluent in English and any other European language, preferably German, French or Polish.
Eye for detail and a positive working attitude.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Time-management skills.
Experience with the Room Master system will be considered an asset; however, training is provided.
