Position description
We are therefore looking for Software Implementation Specialists to join our core team. Our Software Implementation Specialists develop deep-rooted relationships with our customers by not only using their functional skills to implement and support Dakar’s solutions portfolio effectively but also by ensuring that these solutions become an integral part of our customer’s business strategy.
Job requirements
- Valid business analysis experience implementing and supporting HR or similar (e.g. ERP) solutions.
- Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
- Genuinely enjoy building relationships with people.
- Excellent written and spoken English (and ideally, but not mandatory, spoken Maltese).
- A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- An organised, pleasant and professional disposition.
Qualifications
While a business or IT-related degree would be very welcome, as would other relevant certifications, the real qualities we are after are a passion for delivering a quality service to our customers, an insatiable curiosity to learn more, a desire to grow professionally and pride to form part of a close-knit team.
