Job Description

Corinthia St. George’s Bay is looking for an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality. The Guest Relations Manager will be the first point of contact for all guests throughout their stay. The selected candidate will be responsible to establish and maintain the highest standard of guest relations.

The main responsibilities of the selected candidate will be to:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a visible presence in public areas to interact with guests and address any concerns they may have.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences to provide personalised service.
  • Proactively seek feedback from guests and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback, complaints, and service issues for management review.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an outgoing personality and smart appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Maltese, English and other European languages.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and the Opera System.
