We are seeking a part-time Receptionist for our office in Birkirkara.

In this position, the selected person will oversee the reception desk, primarily by handling all incoming phone calls and greeting all visitors to the company’s offices.

Other tasks involved are the following

  • Handles all incoming deliveries at the reception desk
  • Maintains a daily staff movement log so staff can be located quickly
  • Opens and prepares for distribution all incoming mail
  • Records and prepares all outgoing mail
  • Assists in administering stationery stock and supply
  • Prepares and coordinates various documents
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth hand-overs
  • Other office duties as necessary

Working hours
The part-time receptionist will work twice a week from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours in winter (October to June) and from 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours in summer (July to September). The selected candidate will also be required to cover for the other receptionist during vacation or sick leave.

Applicants should be fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English and should be computer literate.
