Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd. is looking for a capable individual to join its Production team.
Our Production team is looking for a Production Control Officer for our Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd facility to oversee and documentation and planning process-related aspects in our pharmaceutical facility. The person will be responsible for the production planning, related documentation and process improvement aspects.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the chosen candidate will form part of the Production department and will be expected to:
- Be involved in the planning of the manufacturing schedule.
- Responsible in handling the Production aspects of packaging.
- Support manufacturing operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Manage, write, edit, improve and coordinate documentation such as batch manufacturing records, packaging records and various other production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments the timely execution of the production plan.
- Inputting and maintaining master data.
- Evaluate scientific data resulting from the department’s manufacturing operations.
The position requires:
- A University degree ideally in Maths / Statistics (other Science subjects can also be considered.)
- Ideally have experience working in production planning or in a production / GMP environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good computer literacy and command of MS Office Applications (especially Excel.)
- Experience in working with SAP for planning purposes.
