Job Description
We are looking for a Machine Operator (Optical Lens Manufacturing Laboratory) to work in our optical lens manufacturing laboratory. This is an exciting and challenging position, with good advancement and prospects for the right applicant. Requirements
- Excellent fine motor skills
- Good verbal communication skills (English and Maltese)
- Able to work as part of a team (excellent team player)
- Must be diligent, self-motivated and a persevering person
- Drive and motivation to produce the best possible product on the market
Key Responsibilities
- On a day-to-day basis the selected candidate will be working in the optical laboratory operating various machines involved in the manufacturing process of optical lenses for the eye-wear industry
- Experience as a machine operator and experience in basic computer applications will be considered an asset
- The selected applicant will be given full training in our Manufacturing department
Working Hours
- 7am – 3.30pm (Monday – Friday) 40hrs / week
