Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements and ensure that all items are correctly identified.
- Packing orders for delivery, following established packaging guidelines to ensure product integrity during transportation.
- Conduct visual inspections of products to verify their condition, expiry dates, and packaging accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of picked and packed orders. Ensure proper documentation of any discrepancies or issues.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless order processing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient and effective picking and packing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately pick and pack products with a high level of precision.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Capable of working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills to relay information about orders and report any issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for order tracking and documentation.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
