Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with fresh and exciting ideas to join our team. The role will involve liaising with Brand Managers in the pharma over-the-counter (OTC), Baby, FMCG, Pets, and Beauty sections, to develop creative content and assist with marketing ideas to complement the sales strategy of each division.

Responsibilities
S/he must be highly creative and excited to be involved at all stages of the creative process, from idea generation to developing the final creative products across various media.

Able to work on a full-time basis the main responsibilities are

  • Creating artworks for outdoor, print, and online media;
  • Liaising with agencies and management of back-end brand websites;
  • Updating company-owned online stores (including adding new products and writing product descriptions);
  • Maintaining and creating content for Facebook and Instagram pages, including writing post descriptions;
  • Keeping up-to-date with the constantly changing marketing world to bring the company new and fresh ideas;
  • Bring the company’s Marketing department alive; the candidate will be allowed to work freely, in an environment allowing for new and creative ideas;
  • Helping out the rest of the Marketing department with the overall department workload.

Qualifications
We are looking for the following skills and characteristics:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign;
  • Social media savvy and sound knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing capabilities (Mainly Facebook and Instagram);
  • Knowledge of video creation is considered an asset;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • A team player with a desire to help the team achieve its objectives;
  • Well-organized and can handle a fluid and constant workload;
  • Knowledge of WordPress and e-commerce platforms (Squarespace, WooCommerce, etc.) would be considered a great additional asset, although training will be provided.
