Job Description

The job holder will enhance the marketing efforts of the Company and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at fostering long-term business growth. The Marketing Executive will manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print and social media. As part of the role, the position holder will collaborate with other teams within the Company to ensure alignment of all marketing efforts and strategies.

Detailed Description of Main Tasks

  • Develop detailed marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on market trends and campaign results.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, and use this information to shape strategies.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Use SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies to boost online visibility.
  • Regularly update the company’s social media profiles to enhance customer interaction and promote our brand.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns and analyse their performance to make improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders through creative public relations strategies.
  • Manage the production and sharing of press kits.
  • Organise and manage promotional events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing campaigns, manage expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Provide reports on campaign performance, market insights, and research findings to senior management.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to brand standards and enhance brand identity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies by attending workshops and training sessions.
  • Comply with industry standards and ethics, including data protection laws to safeguard customer information.
  • Develop and coordinate web and social media content calendars.
  • Propose a consistent and original content strategy across all digital platforms.
  • Handle media buying, including Facebook and Google ads, and manage agency relationships if applicable.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and flows.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates to build an online community and endorse the brand.
  • Set and achieve targets for social media activities, providing detailed analytics to the team.
  • Support events by documenting community stories and contributing to event success.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing team to develop and execute content strategies.
  • Actively follow digital trends to stay ahead in the digital and social media spaces.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • A qualification in Marketing at MQF Level 5 or higher
  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to read trends.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • E-commerce CMS knowledge.
  • A qualification in marketing at MQF Level 6
