Your responsibilities will include:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the company.
- Day-to-day financial operations: Efficiently monitor and manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, by delegating tasks to team members and ensuring smooth workflow to support the team’s operations.
- Month-end processes: Actively participate in the month-end and audit processes to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Financial reporting: Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and audited accounts.
- Compliance and regulatory requirements: Compile and submit timely and accurate tax and other regulatory submissions as required.
- Cash flow management: Manage cash flow and working capital requirements effectively to optimize financial resources.
- Budgeting and performance monitoring: Actively contribute in the preparation of the group budget and monitor performance against budget on an ongoing basis.
- Stakeholder communication: Liaise with Auditors, financial institutions, and other consultants on financial matters.
- Internal controls: Ensure effective internal controls are in place and suggest improvements as necessary to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Working Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated maturity and valuable on-the-job experience in a similar managerial and accounting role.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of at least 5-7 years in progressively responsible financial roles, including managerial experience.
