Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media professional who is well-versed in different sports and sports events.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and expertise to effectively grow a large community of followers utilizing social media platforms, promote and engage audiences in sports-related content, to execute our social media strategy across various platforms.

This role requires a proactive strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail a demonstrated track record of social media account management, the ability to create engaging content, and growing online communities. We are looking to meet a data-driven individual with enthusiasm who yearns to stay up to date with the latest trends, and best practices in social media marketing.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Create and maintain a content calendar of events.
  • Manage and maintain Blue Window’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) by curating and posting relevant content to induce followers’ engagement.
  • Prepare engaging and creative visuals, including graphics, images, and videos, for social media posts to grow our community of followers.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers and online communities to cultivate positive relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with all the departments within Blue Window to create engaging content about team and companywide events, and any other news that might interest our audiences.
  • Maximise online presence ahead of conferences in which Blue Window is participating.
  • Provide data on impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares, and overall engagement for each of our social media platforms so that we can understand which types of content resonate with our audience and drive the most engagement.
  • Follow up on any ongoing campaigns with the relevant stakeholders to ensure whether any of these campaigns shall be renewed or archived.
  • Track the number of referral traffic and conversions.

You have:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Motivation, dedication, and a desire to make a difference.
  • Past-proven experience in implementing social media initiatives.
  • Able to think outside the box to generate creative ideas and increase engagement.
  • Creativity and eagerness to propose awesome competitive product strategies to support traffic growth.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language – verbal and written skills.
