Job Description

Our branch Admin team are the backbone of our offices, carrying out general secretarial duties and providing administrative support to the property advisors and Management team of their respective branch.

Collectively, our Admin team is a formidable force, supporting and working closely with each other as and when necessary. The role is office-based on a full-time basis and ideally suited for people with clerical work or sales / promotion experience.

Comprehensive training is being offered to the chosen candidates, but applicants for this post are expected to:

  • Have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate reliable written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in spoken English and preferably Maltese;
  • Be able to work well independently as well as part of the company’s office team;
  • Be highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize and work well under occasional pressure;
  • Have proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Show a proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.
