Job Description
AMSM are looking to fill the position of a Field Sales Supervisor within our Sales and Marketing department on a full-time basis.
The post calls for a highly responsible and driven person to lead a Sales team that is responsible for the distribution and merchandising of a varied brand portfolio. The job will involve a combination of field and office work.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives and ensure they visit clients regularly as per the route list.
- Stock management.
- Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure that the Company’s brands are always well displayed.
- Visit the market regularly to ensure we are maximising shelf space.
- Assist in the distribution and maintenance of Company equipment in the market.
- Client relationship management.
- Set sales and distribution targets for the Sales team.
- Authorise sales orders on a daily basis.
Your Profile
- O’ level standard of education.
- Able to communicate in both English and Maltese.
- Valid driving licence.
- High organisational skills.
- Past experience in an FMCG company and in a team-leading role will be considered an asset.
