What will you do:

  • Managing and monitoring the Group’s IT infrastructure including hardware, servers, network devices, cloud services, server OS, IT security, and backup solution
  • Creating accounts and setting up all systems/users (CRM, Microsoft Office)
  • Providing first-level support to other departments on internal Information systems
  • Liaising with hardware and software suppliers to contribute towards IT hardware procurement and resolve technical issues
  • Setting up automated workflows to improve efficiency
  • Participating in IT systems internal projects

Requirements:

  • IT-related qualification, minimum MQF level 5
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, both on-site and cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365
  • Experience working with Odoo will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Professional and proactive attitude
