Job Description
Forming part of the Engineering and Maintenance (E&M) division, the Maintenance Packaging Engineer II is responsible for leading the Packaging Maintenance team.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of equipment such that packaging operations can be carried out safely and efficiently.
- Organising a system for managing maintenance works and other scheduled / unscheduled activities and ensures that a well-established and documented maintenance program is maintained.
- Manages maintenance and spare part inventory management in line with maintenance excellence methodologies.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience in maintenance preferably within a Pharmaceutical environment will be considered as asset.
- Strong leadership and technical skills.
- Good knowledge of EHS requirements would be considered an asset.
