Job Description
We are currently seeking a part-time Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team.
The job will consist of:
- Filling in forms in soft copy and saving documents on DRIVE;
- Filing hard copy papers;
- Replying to emails and following up;
- Liaising with tradesmen on the phone, via email or WhatsApp;
- Liaising with professionals such as Architects, staff at the Bank, the Firms’ Accountants and the Auditor;
- Generating payments on the bank’s on-line system, recording said payments on SAGE and reconciliations;
- Following up on tasks within the deadlines;
- Organising events;
- Other duties as necessary.
The above-mentioned jobs must be carried out:
- Between one to four times a month;
- From an office situated in Haz-Zebbug (Malta) and at times remotely;
- From Monday to Friday except for public holidays. Flexible days and flexible hours too.
One must speak English and Maltese as this is essential for the business.
