Job Description

V.J. Salomone Pharma Limited is a leading logistics, marketing and distribution firm for pharmaceutical and healthcare products in Malta. Our team is engaged by global pharmaceutical companies and handles all their distribution and logistics requirements for prescription and OTC (including food supplements, medical devices and others) medications.

We are currently seeking to recruit a part-time Receptionist to manage the front office of our health and beauty clinic. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and for our professional staff. The role will entail duties relating to customer care, office administration, sales, and a few marketing duties. The position allows for a flexible schedule and offers space for career growth. Training will be provided.

  • Maintenance of business office inventory and equipment

  • Website maintenance

Skill Sets and Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of spoken and written English and Maltese
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar post will be considered an asset
  • A minimum A-level standard of education will be considered an asset
  • Experience in marketing will be considered an asset
