Award in Project Management in Practice (Business Administration)

By the end of this Award, learners will have been exposed to:

• Manage a successful project
• Efficiently organise project teams, ensuring every member understands their role, responsibilities, and expected deliverables
• Produce a clear and defined project final report which is clear and understandable
• Create a SMART project schedule and assign team members to their respective tasks
• Manage resources including human resources and tangible and intangible resources required for the project effectively

This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ and aspire to work or are already working in the project management field.

Prerequisites

• Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2 years of related professional experience. Excellent command of written English is required
