Award in Managing Projects in the Organisation

By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:

• Create a budget plan
• Compose a project management team
• Design the project management strategy to be taken
• Collaborate with all stakeholders involved
• Create a report on the project

Prerequisites

A minimum of O level 4 standard of education is required while a related job role is to be considered a plus.

Qualification Overview

All sessions will be held face-to-face or online via live web conferencing. It is also offered on a blended approach, with a
substantial amount of self-study hours. An assessment task will be assigned to learners at the end of the course module.
