Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about joining an innovative and dynamic team? We have a full-time position available for an Accounts Clerk at one of our companies. The chosen candidate will receive thorough training and enjoy free parking while working on-site. We’re currently seeking an Accounts Clerk for immediate employment to join our Finance department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting of inventory, including creation of stock cards and purchase orders
  • Inputting of landed costs
  • Updating of inventory selling prices
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and logistics
  • Checking bank reconciliations, bank statement and recording of receipts and payments
  • Posting of supplier invoices and petty cash vouchers
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Other general accounting duties as may be required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • An O’ level in accounts
  • Previous experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Well organized and have an eye for detail
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
