Job Description
V.J. Salomone Pharma Ltd, is a specialist in logistics, distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals for some of the leading pharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking to recruit full/part-time Delivery Persons (with basic technical knowledge).
The selected candidate will report directly to the Tendering Manager, and the main responsibilities shall include
- Load vehicle according to pick-list in chronological order according to route
- Delivery of Oxygen Concentrators to the Company’s clients in a timely and professional manner
- Replace filters and sieve beds of the Oxygen Concentrators
- Attend training as required
- Obtain signatures on delivery notes and job cards as necessary
- Assist warehouse personnel when necessary
Although not mandatory, preference shall be given to candidates having the following requisites
- At least one year experience within a delivery / warehouse role
- Ability to speak, read and write in both Maltese and English
- Basic technical knowledge
- Be polite, and capable of communicating well with superiors
- Possesses a can-do attitude
- Practices good standard of hygiene at all times
- Adheres to Company policies and procedures and follows orders and direction
The following requisites must be met
- Possesses a clean driving B / B1 licence and police conduct certificate
