Job Description
The Player Protection Officer is responsible for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s player protection framework and practices.
We want you to
- Build and continuously improve data models to understand the impact of player protection on players and the business
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the company’s player protection framework and practices
- Create benchmarks for evaluation and use these to assess the performance of the player protection framework and day-to-day practices
- Identify areas for optimisation and deliver parameters for improvements
- Build reports for relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Report to senior management and the board of directors on effectiveness and efficiency
- Participate in compliance committees
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the online gambling industry, preferably in a responsible gambling, compliance or audit function
- In-depth knowledge of Responsible Gaming regulations and other relevant regulatory obligations
- Sufficient insight in data analysis and preferably also statistics
- Ability to stay up to date with relevant developments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a person of integrity and sufficient seniority
- Be reliable, precise and well-organized
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to show commitment, dynamism and team player
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
