Due to the continued expansion of the Company’s operations, we are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Executive.
Role and responsibilities:
- Manage the whole accounts payable processes, including payments, invoicing, credit control and follow-up of overdue payments;
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information;
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage any discrepancies;
- Assist in the submission of VAT returns;
- Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts for different stakeholders;
- Participate in meetings with various departments, management and executives;
- Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to Management;
- Assisting with the auditing process;
- Application for payments.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and / or Business Central will be considered an asset);
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational time management skills;
- An A’ level qualification in Accounts, an AAT qualification, or possession of a number of ACCA exams, or related;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role;
- Strong decision-making skills.
