We are a four-star superior resort located in a unique area at the heart of the Island within the beautiful landscapes of ‘Wied Għollieqa’ Nature Reserve.
We are currently looking for a skilled Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate must be professional with a practical mind and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Plastering.
- Assists with painting and decorating tasks, as well as maintaining the appearance of walls, ceilings and other surfaces
- Installation of gypsum boards.
- Tile layering.
- Carries out carpentry-related jobs as required.
- Properly maintains tools and equipment, keeps an organised inventory and reports any need for replacement or repair of items.
- Maintains a courteous and professional demeanour when interacting with guests, offering assistance when required.
- Any additional ad-hoc duties requested by your superior.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of plastering and painting works.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and ensures a safe working environment, reporting any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
