CALAB – RAMS Ltd calibration laboratory is an ISO17025 accredited calibration laboratory since 2016. To substantiate company growth, the following vacancy has arisen: Calibration Technician / Engineer.
The Job
Joining our team as a Calibration Technician / Engineer you will be responsible for calibrating measuring equipment in accordance to ISO 17025 standards, customer specifications in accordance with company procedures, international publications, and other internationally recognized specifications. Maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing the CALAB management systems. You will also participate in external / internal audits.
Working on projects across commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. The position will be focused on the calibration of different equipment within the fields of temperature, humidity, pressure, mass, torque and electrical measurements.

The Role:
- Calibrations to ISO17025:2017 standard
- Calibration, validation and repair work
- Job to be performed in Laboratory premises and on-site at client
Requirements:
- In possession of a degree in Engineering, or a related science subject or BTEC National diploma
- Have excellent organization and communication skills
- Be able to work on own initiative, as well as in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Preferably having a minimum of one year experience in a calibration laboratory
- Communication and organizational skills
- On-the-job training will be provided for the above post
