Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join the team.
The main position responsibilities include:
- To ensure timely and correct start-up of water and soft drinks lines.
- To work in close collaboration with the team and Team Leader.
- To plan and organize work with a methodical approach to keep the time of interventions as short as possible, whilst ensuring the maximum benefit or work in respect of yields and efficiency.
- To perform breakdown predictive, routine, and preventive maintenance on production lines and related equipment as requested by the Production Manager.
- Ensure all required information is logged / recorded and analyzed, and that relevant preventive action is taken to avoid / minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all forms are filled correctly and handed over within the days, week, or monthly time frame.
What we are looking for:
- Electrical licenses A and B (A minimum of license A).
- Able to analyse problems and strategise for better solutions.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Able to take own initiative to recommend improvements on equipment.
- Works well both alone and as a team.
- Strong technical background.
