The opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for a Finance Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance and forming part of the Finance department. This role is on a full-time indefinite basis and is based at the TEVA site in Bulebel.
How you’ll spend your day
- Ensure accurate management of the companies’ financial affairs
- Assistance in the monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing procedure
- Managing weekly / quarterly cash budgeting and payment procedures as per company policy
- Liaising with Auditors
- Supporting other day-to-day activities and projects of the Finance department
Your experience and qualifications
- Skills:
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Takes own initiative
- Good time management skills
- Flexible and willing to work longer hours when required to finish tasks or meet departmental deadlines
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of Advanced level in Accounting or be partly qualified through ACCA
- Experience:
- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP packages
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a Finance department
