Here’s what you will be doing
Being responsible for the administration, configuration, analysis, and enhancement of the Bank’s ERP System and its integrations. They play a key role in HR Operations, working and collaborating with key stakeholders in support of system maintenance, production support, project / process improvement, training, and managing additional functionality in HR systems.
You will be responsible for
- Managing and supporting HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other related systems.
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
- Providing regular training to HR employees on using HR systems more effectively.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align HR Continuous Improvement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Creating optimization, automation, and efficiencies through scripts or other tools.
- Ensuring enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and work well within the organization’s systems infrastructure.
- Developing test cases to support testing of HR solutions.
- Driving product maintenance and enhancement releases across the different HR functions.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in HR systems by conducting regular data quality checks.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging HR solutions to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
- Maintaining and creating new reports / dashboards in Power BI aligned with business needs
- Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation related to systems.
- Building and maintaining professional relationship with other functions within the organization.
What should you have?
A minimum of three (3) years proven experience in HR systems management and support (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems).
Preference may be given should you
- Possess an MQF level degree in HR, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hold previous proven experience using methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5 why, VSM etc.
