Reporting directly to the Manager of the Account Management and Client Relations department, the employee’s main focus shall be on the management of existing accounts, due diligence on existing clients, and ensuring the AML obligations are met.
The main duties and responsibilities of the employee are:
- Collaborate with applicants and introducers of business for the purpose of maintaining existing bank accounts for corporate entities and/or fund structures;
- Customer relationship management – assist customers with general queries and/or direct their queries to the relevant department within the Bank;
- General relationship management with customers to promote the efficient use of services offered by the Bank including the taking of deposits, card services, foreign exchange and online banking;
- Perform any other operational task required for the general set-up of existing accounts;
- Client research through various media and with various counterparties or information outlets;
- Assist in the redaction and maintenance of processes and procedures.
Qualifications / requirements:
- Preferably level 4 certifications in business subjects;
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate;
- Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Must have a good eye for details.
