The selected candidate will be accountable for:
- Managing various HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits initiatives, employee well-being and other activities throughout the employee life-cycle;
- Coordinating the monthly payroll including time and attendance in liaison with our outsourced service provider;
- Administrating the HRIT local-corporate systems and data management in general;
- Assist employees and management in interpreting and correctly applying company policies, procedures, and programs while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity;
- In collaboration with the hiring manager, lead the recruitment process by understanding specific talent requirements, sourcing potential candidates, and managing the overall recruitment cycle;
- Compiling, preparing and analyzing ad hoc and recurring HR reports and KPIs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- Previous experience in a similar role or a combination of relevant qualifications and experience;
- Familiar with Indigo software and proficient in using MS Office applications;
- Knowledge of employment legislation, payroll computation and related processes including work permits, IIS etc;
- Strong organisational skills and interpersonal abilities are essential, as well as the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
