The Role
The Systems Integration Specialist will play a crucial role within our Operations team, focusing on facilitating seamless integrations and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will be responsible for managing multiple client integrations simultaneously, impacting various lines of business. Additionally, you will orchestrate the transition from manual to automated integration and testing processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

In this role, you will oversee a range of operational tasks, including managing client integrations, documenting requirements for enhancements or customizations, and monitoring solutions until deployment. You will maintain detailed customer lists and possess a deep understanding of integration stages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct UAT testing, including manual testing with clients, such as API integrations and processing testing.
  • Document and organise technical specifications and documentation related to integrations.
  • Raise incident tickets and follow up with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate automated tests with the QA department to ensure repositories are updated and testing processes are optimized.
  • Coordinate network-related integrations with the internal network team, including VPN and IP whitelisting connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline integration processes and improve system performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in integration and testing methodologies.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients’ queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate integration requirements into product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science.
  • Past experience, 3-5 years with integrations, API development and payments industry will be considered a plus.
  • Solid Understanding of WEB API technologies.
  • Good understanding of SQL / ORACLE PL / SQL.
  • Solid expertise in digital file management / transfer between separate IT systems.
  • Attention to detail and preference for working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Creative problem-solving and end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, international environment.
