We are currently looking to expand our internal finance team by recruiting a full-time Finance Executive. The chosen candidate will form part of our Finance Team and will assist with day-to-day finance-related tasks and periodical reporting.
Your mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Keep accurate records for transactions
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing and payment of supplier invoices
- Assisting with a variety of finance reconciliations as required, including prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts
- Coordinate daily activities with other members of the Finance team to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize workload and address any issues or challenges.
About you
- An Accounting qualification or be in the process of obtaining such a qualification
- Proven related work experience of at least 1-2 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines
- The ability to proactively build relationships with all team members within PwC and work collaboratively to solve important problems in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on our internal accounting package
